The Role
As a small startup, we offer high impact and high autonomy. We are looking for a Web Developer with a creative edge. Your core strength will be full‑stack web development, but you will also have the chance to dive into new technologies. Depending on the project, you might be building a bespoke web platform one week and experimenting with new platforms or AI the next.
What you will be doing:
- Developing bespoke frontend and backend web solutions.
- Collaborating with our team to solve “unusual” problems.
- Learning and applying new technologies on the fly.
- Taking ownership of your code and contributing ideas.
Hiring Criteria
- Portfolio: You should have a portfolio of projects (professional, personal, or academic) that demonstrate your knowledge.
- Full-Stack Capability: Demonstrable skills in frontend and backend development.
- Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring out how to make things work and what makes them tick.
- Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn technologies outside your current experience.
