More about the role: Additionally to Night Care Assistant duties, your role will include:

  • supporting and assisting Deputy and Home Manager by providing leadership to the care team;
  • acting as the senior person on duty at night in the absence of the Deputy Manager and informing the Home Manager of any problems or concerns in relation to the Home;
  • acting as a role model and setting the standard for staff.
