A Care Certificate Framework (2015) or Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate (2024) is desirable but not essential. (You must be willing to undertake this training, but full support will be given to help you achieve this) A Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or an equivalent qualification is also acceptable Willing to undertake any other training relevant to the role.
