You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. You’ll be a key figure in supporting both the care and education of our children.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work with your Room Leader to deliver an outstanding level of education and care
- Share your ideas and knowledge with the team to help keep learning activities fresh and exciting for the children
- Support with nursery mini bus outings
- Be a wonderfully fun and creative person for children to be inspired by
- Be excited to support children's learning in our beautiful garden
- Know the EYFS back to front and inside out so you can help children develop
- Ensure you work to all OFSTED statutory requirements
- Form secure relationships with children, ensuring they feel safe and cared for every day
- Ensure all safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance standards are consistently met
- Foster strong partnerships with parents
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment where children, families and staff thrive
- Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures
