Sussex Community NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Community COPD Rehabilitation Assistant to join the COPD service in West Sussex. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to support pulmonary rehabilitation and enable patients to manage their lung condition in daily life.
The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a car for attending clinic settings. You will contribute to plan delivery, observe changes, document patient progress and support training of staff and students.
