We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the Sussex & Brighton Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) at Sussex Chamber of Commerce. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of regional skills development - collaborating with employers, training providers and stakeholders to help shape the future workforce across Sussex.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating LSIP projects across multiple partners and supporting delivery of the 2026–2029 action plan
- Managing timelines, reporting, and project documentation
- Supporting stakeholder engagement across employers and partners
- Organising meetings, events, and workshops
- Tracking progress, data, and key outputs
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a project coordination / senior admin / operations role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience and/or interest in skills, education, or workforce development (desirable)
