Overview

Our 2026 Trading Operations Analyst Programme (OA) is a six‑month rotational programme for soon‑to‑be and recent graduates. It blends education, skill building and exposure to Susquehanna and the financial services industry. It prepares you for a full‑time role that immediately impacts Susquehanna’s business. Over 4‑week rotations you will gain exposure to all desks within Trading Operations, such as Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan and Settlements. After completing the programme you will be placed on a fast‑paced desk that directly contributes to Susquehanna’s performance.

This role is based in the UK; the first three months (September‑December 2026) will take place in our Dublin office as part of an immersive graduate training experience. You will join peers from across Europe for in‑depth learning and hands‑on development before returning to the UK to complete the programme.

Our Programme

As a Trading Operations Analyst you will be exposed to the full life cycle of Susquehanna’s trading activity and develop a fundamental understanding of the industry and trading environment in which Susquehanna operates. Trading Operations sits at the intersection of trading, technology and external counterparties, where you will build strong relationships and work on valuable projects that have real impact and contribute to our success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Communicator – you build relationships with colleagues and share ideas while listening to others.
  • Ambitious – you set goals in life and give your all to achieve them.
  • Numerical & Logic – you use clear reasoning and data to make sensible decisions.
  • Curious – you are eager to learn more about working in finance and specifically Trading Operations.
  • Soon‑to‑be or recent graduate – our programme starts in early September 2026.

What’s In It For You

  • Education – Susquehanna’s in‑house education programme is widely recognised. You will attend regular seminars covering business, products and technology (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Support – you will be assigned a mentor for each rotation and a buddy from a former OA to guide you.
  • Real Impact – you will collaborate with the technology team and traders to develop trade ideas and provide real‑time opinions throughout the trading day.
  • Culture – we foster a casual, collaborative environment focused on continuous development, no matter how long you’ve been with Susquehanna.
