Overview

Susquehanna’s 10-week quantitative trading internship offers a rare insight into working at one of the world’s leading quantitative trading firms. Designed for intellectually curious and driven individuals with strong quantitative skillsets, the internship combines rigorous classroom-based education with real-world trading experience. Our education programme is widely recognised as the best in the industry, covering topics such as ETF and options trading, game theory, and programming. A core strength of the internship is the integration of education with hands‑on project work and trading simulations, where interns work alongside a dedicated mentor on real‑world trading problems that can impact trading strategies, improve tools, or uncover new market insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Problem solver: You enjoy solving puzzles and love it when you discover solutions to complex problems.
• Clear communicator: You enjoy building relationships with those you work closely with and are comfortable sharing ideas, expressing your thoughts, and listening to the views of others.
• Ambitious: You’re someone that enjoys setting personal goals and giving your all to achieve them, whether in Arts, Sports, Academics, or another passion.
• Penultimate-year or recently graduated student: You should have completed three years at university by June 2027. Successful interns will be invited to join our full‑time graduate programme in September 2027, January 2028, or August 2028, depending on availability.
