Susquehanna’s 10-week quantitative trading internship offers a rare insight into working at one of the world’s leading quantitative trading firms. Designed for intellectually curious and driven individuals with strong quantitative skillsets, the internship combines rigorous classroom-based education with real-world trading experience. Our education programme is widely recognised as the best in the industry, covering topics such as ETF and options trading, game theory, and programming.
A core strength of the internship is the integration of education with hands-on project work and trading simulations, where interns work alongside a dedicated mentor on real-world trading problems that can impact trading strategies, improve tools, or uncover new market insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Problem solver: You enjoy solving puzzles and love it when you discover solutions to complex problems.
- Clear communicator: You enjoy building relationships with those you work closely with and are comfortable sharing ideas, expressing your thoughts, and listening to the views of others.
- Ambitious: You’re someone that enjoys setting personal goals and giving your all to achieve them, whether in Arts, Sports, Academics, or another passion.
- Penultimate-year or recently graduated student: You should have completed three years at university by June 2027.
Successful interns will be invited to join our full-time graduate programme in September 2027, January 2028, or August 2028, depending on availability.
