Overview
This internship will take place in Dublin for 10 weeks in Summer 2026, but you will be considered for a 2027 graduate role in our London office. If you have already applied for the Dublin internship, you do not need to reapply.
Susquehanna's 10-week quantitative trading internship offers a rare insight into working at one of the world's leading quantitative trading firms. Designed for intellectually curious and driven individuals with strong quantitative skillsets, our internship combines rigorous classroom-based education with real-world trading experience.
Run by a team of dedicated senior traders, our education programme is widely recognised as being the best in the industry. Our classroom-based education covers topics such as ETF and options trading, game theory, and programming. Don't worry if you don't have a finance background - we will teach you everything you need to succeed.
A core strength of our internship is that we combine classroom-based education with hands-on project work and trading simulations. Working alongside a dedicated mentor, you will have the opportunity to work on a real-world trading problem, whic h has the potential to impact our trading strategies, improve tools, or uncover new market insights.

What we're looking for

Clear communicator: You enjoy building relationships with those you work closely with and are comfortable sharing ideas, expressing your thoughts, and listening to the views of others.
Ambitious: You're someone that enjoys setting personal goals and giving your all to achieve them. Be it in Arts, Sports, Academics, or another passion, you're not afraid to put in the effort to reach your full potential.
Penultimate-year or recently graduated student: You should have completed 3 years at university by June 2026. Successful interns will be invited to join our full-time graduate programme from our new London office in either January or August 2027.
