Our 2026 Trading Operations Analyst Programme (OA) is a sixâmonth rotational programme for soonâtoâbe and recent graduates. It blends education, skill building and exposure to Susquehanna and the financial services industry. It prepares you for a fullâtime role that immediately impacts Susquehanna's business. Over 4âweek rotations you will gain exposure to all desks within Trading Operations, such as Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan and Settlements. After completing the programme you will be placed on a fastâpaced desk that directly contributes to Susquehanna's performance.
This role is based in the UK; the first three months (SeptemberâDecember 2026) will take place in our Dublin office as part of an immersive graduate training experience. You will join peers from across Europe for inâdepth learning and handsâon development before returning to the UK to complete the programme.
As a Trading Operations Analyst you will be exposed to the full life cycle of Susquehanna's trading activity and develop a fundamental understanding of the industry and trading environment in which Susquehanna operates. Trading Operations sits at the intersection of trading, technology and external counterparties, where you will build strong relationships and work on valuable projects that have real impact and contribute to our success.
