We are seeking a Sales Trader our front-office Fixed Income team.This role combines real-time problem solving, data analysis, client interaction, and workflow optimisation in a highly quantitative, technology-driven environment.The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and the ability to communicate clearly across technical and commercial teams.Coordinate with trading teams to ensure accurate and appropriate outcomes.Analyse trading and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.Develop scripts and tools to automate workflows, improve monitoring, and reduce manual processes.Contribute to building scalable processes in collaboration with dev teamsStrong analytical rigour and careful handling of data are essential.Work directly with institutional clients alongside Sales coverage.Coordinate across trading, operations, sales and technology teams.
