Susquehanna is looking for a London Support Engineer to join our existing London Support team. This team is responsible for supporting all teams in Susquehanna's London office, primarily a highly advanced Trade floor. The role covers a range of User Services for all London employees in a demanding and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Telecommunications support (IPC Turret, Cisco Phone, mobile support).
  • Desktop support (SCCM builds, hardware and software support).
  • Application support (desktop trading apps, Bloomberg Terminals, Office, etc.).
  • Web‐conferencing and AV administration and support.
  • Coordinate and support visitors, relocations, and onboarding.
  • Inventory management.
  • Printing support.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support using Jira, Confluence, Splunk, WinDbg, Check_MK, Wireshark.
  • Continuous evaluation and improvement of support procedures.
  • Interact with internal IT functions to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with technology teams in Ireland, US and/or external vendors.
  • Maintain knowledge base and runbooks.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of desktop support for software and hardware systems.
  • Experience in development or trading user support is beneficial.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 64‐bit.
  • Ability to diagnose desktop issues and modify system registry.
  • PowerShell scripting advantage.
  • Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
  • Experience with SCCM advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (2003/2010/2016/O365).
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Understanding of peripherals, printers, graphics cards.
  • Hardware experience (KVM switches, multi‐screen setups, component replacement).
