Susquehanna is seeking talented graduates to join their growing London office in August 2027. As a trading system engineer, you'll work in a computationally intensive role that will allow you to use your strong technical skills to solve problems at the intersection of trading and technology. You will have the chance to work on challenging engineering problems across our trading teams in areas such as trading systems engineering, low-latency C++ strategy development, and high-performance C++ libraries that enable large-scale quantitative research and data processing.
You’ll work on the desk side by side with senior developers who understand the nuances of building performant, reliable systems for complex trading strategies. You will begin with a comprehensive education program designed to build a broad understanding of the role trading system engineers play across our trading teams. Once you complete the program, you’ll be placed on a trading team that aligns with your interests and background. This will give you the best preparation possible for a career in trading system engineering.

- Class of 2027: You are a master’s or bachelor’s student in their final year of study, majoring in a quantitative and/or STEM discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, mathematics or data science.
