Susquehanna is seeking talented graduates to join their growing London office in August 2027. As a quantitative strategy developer at Susquehanna, you'll be part of a high-performing team that builds some of the most powerful trading systems in the finance industry. This is a computationally intensive role that will allow you to utilise both your data analysis and technology skills. You will have the chance to work on challenging projects related to systems that support both active trading and quantitative analysis.
You'll tackle complex problems for our trading strategy development teams in areas such as signal creation and detection, quantitative strategy analysis, and low-latency C++ strategy development. You'll also work desk-side, alongside senior developers who understand the nuances of building complex trading strategies.
What we’re looking for:
- Class of 2027: You are a master’s or bachelor’s student in their final year of study, majoring in a quantitative and/or STEM discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, mathematics or data science.
- Clear Communicator: You enjoy building relationships with those you work closely with and are comfortable sharing ideas, expressing your thoughts, and listening to the views of others.
