We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Employee Experience Assistant to support our London office while also assisting with travel and coordination for our European team. This is a junior, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a smooth and welcoming workplace experience for employees and visitors.
What you'll be doing:
- Travel & Coordination Support (Europe)
- Assist with booking travel (flights, hotels, transport) via Egencia
- Help manage travel changes and respond to basic queries
- Support coordination of accommodation for interns, new hires, and events
- Assist with airport transfers and general travel logistics
- Office & Reception Support (London)
- Meet and greet visitors and manage front-of-house duties
- Book and set up meeting rooms
- Handle post, deliveries, and couriers
- Keep the office tidy, organised, and well-stocked
- Order office supplies, food, and services as needed
- Employee & Onboarding Support (London)
- Assist with onboarding new starters (office tours, basic setup, guidance)
- Help create a welcoming and positive office environment
- Support internal and external employee events and initiatives
- Administration & Vendor Support
- Help track invoices and expenses (travel, office services)
- Liaise with vendors and support basic coordination
- Assist with various office requests as business requirements grow
- Provide general admin support (formatting documents, simple reporting)
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience in an office, admin, or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a helpful, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn new systems (e.g. travel platforms)
