SushiSushi Limited is an established premium Japanese food importer with 18 years in the market, supplying Michelin-starred restaurants and high-end corporate clients across the UK. We’re at a turning point. Operations are stable, product quality is exceptional, demand is there - but revenue growth now depends on disciplined, professional sales execution. This role exists to convert opportunity into consistent profit.

Responsibilities

  • Strong CRM discipline - you live in your pipeline and keep it clean
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commercial mindset and hunger for results (uncapped commission)

Qualifications

  • Food, hospitality, or premium product sales experience
  • Wholesale or distribution background
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central

Compensation

  • Base salary: £30–35k (depending on experience)
  • Commission:
  • 10% of gross profit on new customers (first 12 months)
  • 5% on account growth from Year 2 onwards
  • Threshold: £7,000 gross profit per month
  • Once hit, commission applies to all profit that month
