SUSHISAMBA welcomes a passionate Sommelier to join our London team, with either part-time or full-time hours.
You will oversee and elevate our beverage programme across SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle, pairing wines, sake, and other beverages with our unique Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine.
You will educate guests as an ambassador for wine and beverage culture, deliver exceptional hospitality, and contribute to a world-class dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
