SUSHISAMBA Group are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The Maintenance Engineer at SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle plays an important role in the operation of our restaurants and shared services areas.

Your Requirements:
- Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns
- Perform and/or monitor reactive maintenance, planned works and PPM
- Respond to all building related safety concerns
- Maintain departmental compliance with company maintenance procedures
- Support company departmental maintenance programs and execute daily, weekly and monthly checklists
- Assist in the supervision of temporary maintenance contractors
- Assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations
- Maintain all areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting and tiling to ensure an attractive and well-maintained site
- Must possess knowledge of basic hand/power tool operation
We would love you to have had:
- Previous restaurant or hotel maintenance department experience
- At least 1-year experience in a similar capacity
- Should have basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts
- Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site
