Our beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. We are now looking for an Bar Supervisor to assist the Assistant Bar Manager/ Bar Manager in supervising and leading all beverage operations.

Your Requirements:
As a Bar Supervisor we would love you to have:
– At least 4 years of Beverage experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
– Personal License holder
– Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
– Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters / waitresses
– Customer focused – demonstrating exceptional guest service
– Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
– Havea willingness to learn and grow within the business
– Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
– Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
