SUSHISAMBA Heron Tower are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to assist the Assistant Bar Manager/ Bar Manager in supervising and leading all beverage operations.Our beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends.

Your Requirements:
As a Bar Supervisor we would love you to have:
- At least 4 years of Beverage experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Personal License holder (preferable)
- Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters / waitresses
- Customer focused – demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Havea willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
- Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
