Your Role: SUSHI SAMBA Covent Garden is now looking for an experienced Sushi Chef de Partie to join our very successful brigade as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and eager to learn.

Your Requirements: The Sushi Chef de Partie reports to the Head Sushi Chef. The Sushi Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing quality of seafood products as well as inspecting all supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure company standards. The Sushi Chef de Partie creates and develops unique food offerings that provide our guests with a variety of selections of top-quality cuisine that represents the SUSHI SAMBA brand. As a Sushi Chef de Partie we would love you to have:
- Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef de Partie or higher.
- Experience working with a similar cuisine
- Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
- Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday – Sunday
- Full ownership in your role
