The front of house management team is looking for an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to lead the team and deliver uncompromising hospitality, providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by courteous and efficient service throughout their dining experience. Service is always at the forefront, so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic, and very friendly. Your Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 2 years working in a Managerial role at a fine dining, fast-paced environment (to be tested at trial/interview stage)
  • Experience supervising daily shift operations from various departments
  • Experience supervising large teams
  • Excellent English language communication skills
  • Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday
  • Deep respect for diversity and individuality
