Your Role: Our Beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. We are now looking for an Assistant Head Sommelier to oversee our beverage complement across our stunning restaurant. You will be the ambassador and educator for each of our guests, pairing together the most suitable wine & beverages on offer whilst they dine. Assisting in the culture of passion and enthusiasm for wine/sake. Acting as a role model to all new employees and cultivating an excellent working partnership between the restaurant team and Sommelier team. Service is always at the forefront so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Your Requirements: As an Assistant Head Sommelier we would love you to have:

  • At least 4 years as Senior Sommelier with knowledge of wine and beverages
  • Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
  • The ability to lead a team of Junior Sommeliers
  • Customer focus - demonstrating exceptional guest service
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • The ability to maintain and set processes and standards
