Your Role: The front of house team at SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden is seeking a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our family. Your role is to warmly welcome guests and ensure their experience is memorable by delivering exceptional food and beverages with friendly, efficient, and flawless service from start to finish.

Your Requirements: Your main responsibility is to embody exceptional hospitality by providing courteous, knowledgeable service, taking orders, answering menu questions, upselling offerings, and communicating effectively with the kitchen—all while maintaining a warm, professional presence.

We’d love you to have:

• Experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous lounge/bar experience and PDR knowledge (preferred)
• Flexibility with working hours, including late finishes
• Availability to work any 5 days between Monday and Sunday
• Respect for diversity and individuality
• Commitment to standards and procedures
