Our Front of House team is currently looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor to join the family. Service is always at the forefront, so you need to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Responsibilities:
The Reception Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading all aspects of the front of house host program. Working closely with the entire management team, the focus will be on staff training, development, scheduling and operational procedures ensuring all Receptionists deliver attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The role is responsible for assisting the restaurant managers in all aspects of restaurant operation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Reception/Host experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
- Promptly answer phones with appropriate scripting.
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and customers’ concerns are addressed.
- Direct guests to cloakrooms and waiting areas such as Bar and/or lounge.
- Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance, as he/she is the first impression of the restaurant.
- Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
- Flexibility in scheduling is strongly preferred.
Salary: Up to £18 / Hour
