As a Chef de Partie, you will be a vital member of our culinary team, taking charge of a specific section within our kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will contribute to SUSHISAMBA's unique fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines, crafting dishes that delight our guests. This role requires passion, precision, and the ability to inspire and lead within your section, maintaining our reputation for bold flavours and artistic culinary experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie looking for the next step, ideally within a high-volume, fine‑dining, or quality restaurant setting
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and station management, with an emphasis on attention to detail and consistency
  • A passion for creating exceptional food and a keen eye for presentation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
  • Adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
