Your Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barback or in a bar support role within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A strong work ethic and a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to remain organised and efficient under pressure
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexible availability, working any 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within an ambitious and evolving company
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards
- The energy and enthusiasm to bring passion to everything you do
