Your Role:
The Reservation Agent at SUSHI SAMBA® and Duck & Waffle is an important role for the operation of our restaurants, responsible for ensuring our guests have the very best experience from the point of enquiry via telephone and email, as well as contributing towards, and maximising our restaurant sales.

Your Requirements:
As a Reservations Agent we would love you to have:
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
• Communicating clearly and effectively with guests and co-workers
• Answer telephones in a prompt manner with appropriate scripting
• Answer all email enquiries promptly, accurately and with appropriate templates, if necessary
• Receive and record guests’ dining reservations on Seven Rooms, correctly and appropriately
• Knowledge of IT systems (Seven Rooms Preferred)
• Excellent English spoken and reading skills
• Flexible hours
• Prior industry-related restaurant experience preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, written and verbal English language skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow directions
• Must be able to work effectively under pressure
• Must be prompt, courteous and reliable
