Your Role: SUSHISAMBA and Duck Waffle are extremely busy, fast-paced fine-dining operations, offering superior cuisine and dining experiences to our guests. The Maintenance Engineer at SUSHISAMBA and Duck Waffle is an important role for the operation of our restaurants and shared services areas.

Your Requirements:
- Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns
- Perform and/or monitor reactive maintenance, planned works and PPM
- Respond to all building-related safety concerns
- Maintain departmental compliance with company maintenance procedures
- Support company departmental maintenance programs and execute daily, weekly and monthly checklists
- Assist in the supervision of temporary maintenance contractors
- Assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations
- Maintain all areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting and tiling to ensure an attractive and well-maintained site
- Must possess knowledge of basic hand/power tool operation
We would love you to have had:
- Previous restaurant or hotel maintenance department experience
- At least 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts
- Availability to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site
- Experience with carpentry, refrigeration and mechanics is a plus
