SUSHISAMBA-4 is seeking a passionate Sommelier (Part-Time or Full-Time) to join our exceptional team and oversee our beverage programme across SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle venues. You will pair wines, sake, and beverages with our unique fusion cuisine, and educate guests to enhance their dining experiences.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sommelier experience, a strong wine passion, and a willingness to grow within a world-class hospitality environment. WSET Level 2 is preferred.
