Shop Supervisor New Opening | Sushinoya Moorgate £13.50£14.50 per hour | Full-time | Start Date: 1 November Be part of a brand-new opening in the heart of Moorgate. Sushinoya Moorgate is looking for a confident and energetic Shop Supervisor to join our opening team from 1 November . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, delivering great customer service and helping a new team establish strong standards from day one. Youll support the General Manager and wider management team with the day-to-day running of the shop, team supervision and customer experience. What youll be doing Supporting the day-to-day running of the shop Leading the Front of House team during service Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally Supporting opening and closing procedures Helping organise breaks, deployment and daily team priorities Training and supporting new team members Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation Supporting cash handling, till procedures and end-of-day checks Monitoring stock levels and supporting ordering where required Ensuring food safety, allergen and company procedures are followed Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service Supporting the management team with sales, labour and operational targets Helping create a positive, motivated and welcoming team environment What were looking for Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or senior Front of House team member Experience in a busy restaurant, café or quick-service environment Strong customer service and communication skills Confidence leading and supporting a team Good organisation and attention to detail Comfortable taking responsibility during busy periods A positive, hands-on and reliable approach Experience with tills, cash handling and opening/closing procedures is desirable Previous new-opening experience would be an advantage, but is not essential What we offer £13.50£14.50 per hour , depending on experience Full-time hours Free food while on shift Access to Hospitality Rewards , including discounts and offers across a wide range of brands Employee discount Training and development Opportunities to progress into Assistant Manager and management roles within Kims Group The opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant opening A supportive and growing restaurant group If you enjoy leading a team, creating a great customer experience and want to be part of a new opening from the beginning, wed love to hear from you.
