- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good understanding of GP & Labour control.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulation and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible of team recruitment, training and development by assessing their performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring smooth operation.
- Maintain and improve store standards to meet company expectation.
- Manage financial aspects including forecasting and forward planning in line with the store P&L
- REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 1 year or more of experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or similar type of business within the hospitality industry.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet
- A passion for food, service, and creating a positive work environment
