We are a vibrant and welcoming Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Camden Town. Our team is dedicated to providing an authentic and unforgettable dining experience to our customers, and we\’re looking for a talented and passionate Sushi Chef to join our friendly staff.

Job Description

We are seeking a Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. While previous experience in Japanese cuisine is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate should have some experience with sushi preparation and fish cutting. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present sushi dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Cut and fillet fish, ensuring minimal waste and maximum yield.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards.
