As the Director, EMEA Field Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing activities across the EMEA region. You will transform our regional field marketing from tactical support into a high-octane demand generation engine that works in lockstep with EMEA Sales to drive sustainable pipeline and revenue growth.

You will serve as a critical commercial leader, ensuring that global campaigns are successfully localized and executed to meet the unique needs of the diverse EMEA markets while maintaining global brand consistency.

Focus Areas
  • EMEA Field Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy for EMEA, ensuring alignment with regional sales goals and global marketing objectives.
  • GEO Demand Generation: Oversee the execution of EMEA-wide demand generation programs, including large-scale webinars, regional events, and digital campaigns that drive top-of-funnel growth.
  • EMEA Sales Leadership Alignment: Maintain a close partnership with EMEA Sales leadership to ensure marketing investments are directly supporting regional revenue targets and market priorities.
  • Localized Content Strategy: Direct the adaptation and localization of global marketing assets to resonate with specific EMEA sub-regions and cultural nuances.
  • Ecosystem Marketing: Collaborate with the EMEA Channel team to activate Co-Marketing and MDF (Market Development Funds) programs with key distributors, resellers, and cloud hyperscalers to amplify pipeline generation.

  • EMEA Revenue Targets: Own and deliver on the marketing pipeline and marketing contributed revenue targets for the EMEA region.
  • EMEA Budget Ownership: Manage the EMEA field marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across territories and high-ROI activities.
  • Field Organization Leadership: Lead and empower a diverse team of field marketers across EMEA, fostering a culture of excellence and regionalized market expertise.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with a history of managing the expectations of a matrixed organization and diverse set of cultures.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to manage complex mult-currency budgets and optimize strategic investments across diverse sub-regions.
  • Demand Gen Mastery: Proven ability to scale demand generation programs across a complex region while maintaining high quality and conversion rates.
  • People Management and Leadership by Influence: Experience managing global cross-functional teams and a combination of direct reports and indirect reports.
