Define and drive a clear vision for portfolio enablement strategy, role & solution-oriented enablement, and platform delivery & management excellence.
Leading cross-portfolio connections to align business objectives with execution. Regularly engage with senior leadership to understand training needs and to ensure strategic alignment with SUSE Portfolio Strategy and Roadmaps, and ensure training content supports organisational goals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive content development strategy that aligns with the organisation's learning objectives and business goals.
Drive the evolution of our content platforms to ensure they meet the organisation's needs and enhance the learner experience.
Act as a thought leader in developing training frameworks, sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, CVI and best practices.
Partner with SUSE portfolio Business units, the CTO office, and Chief Strategy Management to closely align with portfolio strategy and product roadmaps and develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to strengthen our SUSE Portfolio & Value Selling Knowledge.
Ensure training content aligns with organisational strategies and addresses key business needs.
Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve content and platform effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing vision, strategy and plans for portfolio enablement, role enablement and learning management platforms. Ability to align content creation to content execution.
- Experience in driving GTM strategies and product enablement focusing on Emerging solutions and sales, channel sales, presales and partners.
- At least 5+ years of sales experience and/or sales leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of instructional design principles, content creation processes, and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger and CVI.
- Strong proficiency in using CMS, LMS platforms, and content development tools.
- Experience in using AI, automation, or digital tools to drive efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Technical knowledge to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Strong data visualization skills, ability to analyse data and use insights to drive business performance reviews and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to navigate challenges and find solutions and resolve roadblocks.
