As our Sales Operations Analyst you will act as a Business Partner to EMEA Sales Leadership, playing a key role in connecting a growing sales team with processes and data. This role will work to independently identify business insights, continually improve sales processes, while supporting the implementation of global initiatives within EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:- Acts as Business Partner to Regional Sales Leaders supporting them with the effective running of their teams, collaborating closely to provide support with sales forecasting, pipeline management, planning and compensation.
- Will drive rhythm of the business with the Regions, with a focus on the Forecasting and Pipeline Management cadences, ensuring that systems are accurate and up to date.
- As an SME provides guidance and support to other team members and the wider sales team.
- Facilitates and co-ordinates transactional execution across all elements of the Sales Operations portfolio, applying the appropriate policies, systems and cadence.
- Has responsibility for driving the quota setting process within the assigned region ensuring that quota letters are issued in line with the agreed timeline. During the year will be responsible for processing and resolving commission claims to ensure accurate payments for all roles reporting into the Region.
- Manages escalations, conducts in depth reviews and identifies actions to resolve ongoing issues.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to increase sales performance.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics and communicate insights to sales leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, order management and finance, to ensure alignment and drive efficiency in sales processes.
- Provides regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and focus.
- Provides tangible feedback and proposes changes to sales processes and policies to improve efficiency and minimize risk of failures.
- Will work closely with the Global Revenue Operations teams to identify and implement changes to improve sales effectiveness in their assigned regions. Will contribute to Global revenue operations initiatives as an SME.
- Will support Geo wide projects as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, data analysis, and a passion for driving sales performance. They will be a critical thinker, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales Operations experience, including running the Rhythm of the Business for forecasting, Business Reviews, Planning, Quota Setting and Pipeline hygiene.
- Proven experience working with complex data and a strong ability to translate the data insights into business recommendations.
- Experience of partnering with Sales Teams, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer focus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You will be a self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes accountability for fixing identified issues and driving change.
- You will have a curious mind, constantly thinking of ways to create efficiencies.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Familiar with Google Suite or related software.
- Experience with Sales CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
