Susan's Farm CIO is seeking an Outdoor Learning Coordinator to deliver day services for adults and neurodiverse individuals. The role covers farming tasks, animal interactions and outdoor activities across both sites, with a focus on engaging participants and tailoring sessions to individual goals and needs.
Salary is £29,835 FTE with 3% employer pension and 32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays). Hours are 23.5 per week (Tue, Thu, Fri) with some flexibility.
