Hamilton Mayday is currently seeking experienced Chef de Partie professionals to join our team and work with a variety of prestigious clients across London, including private members’ clubs, conference and event venues, and contract catering operations.
Daytime shifts are predominantly Monday to Friday, with some weekend work available. You’ll need your own whites and knives and a valid DBS certificate to ensure you can work across schools and other facilities in the capital.
