Interaction Recruitment Group are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team of our client. The role of CDP is a combination of culinary skill and lifestyle balance. With a roster planned and sociable shifts, you will enjoy a work‑life balance while showcasing your talents. Supporting the Head Chef’s vision and responsibilities, this role also serves as a stepping stone for aspiring chefs aiming to progress.
You will be aware of residents’ food allergen and dietary requirements and have experience in providing modified foods and preparation of modern diets including pureed, soft and texture adapted meals for residents with specific health needs, whilst maintaining food quality and presentation to that of a luxury experience.
- Preparing modified diets including pureed, soft, texture‑adapted meals for residents with specific health needs.
- Participating in the preparation and serving of meals on the hotplate as required.
- Ensuring all food is used within the prescribed period, with particular attention to perishable (high‑risk) goods.
- Supporting a welcoming and dignified dining experience for all residents.
- Understanding of health and safety procedures.
- NVQ qualifications in Professional Cookery.
- CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award or equivalent certification.
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver excellent dining experiences.
