We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Central London for a Senior Sous Chef to join their talented brigade.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strong Sous Chef from a luxury hotel background who is ready to progress into their first Senior Sous Chef position.
Working closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef, you will play a key role in overseeing the hotel’s main kitchen, banqueting operation and room service, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency and service across all areas.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong background in fine dining and high-volume banqueting.
- Experience overseeing multiple kitchen operations, including à la carte and room service.
- A confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Passion for developing junior chefs and maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
- Someone looking to take the next exciting step into a Senior Sous Chef role.
