Senior Operations Manager, B&I London £70k-£75k
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Operations Manager to join our client’s team in London.
In this role, you will be leading and directing sites to ensure that service provided is of the highest standard and meets/exceeds the clients’ expectations.
As the Operations Manager, you will have:
- the experience to identify potential business growth and involve your teams to maximize profitability
- exceptional financial acumen with the ability to manage weekly/monthly financial performance, invoicing and VA reporting as well as produce annual site budgets
- exceptional communication skills to be able to liaise with managers as well as clients on a regular basis
Our ideal candidate would be:
- experienced as an Operations Manager ideally with a B&I background
- able to demonstrate proven experience of successfully managing multiple sites and teams as well as working with external clients
- knowledgeable of high volume commercial retail businesses
- financially adept with the ability to identify business growth and maximize profit
- experienced within Catering & Hospitality
- knowledgeable about food trends and concepts
- a strong team player, inspiring and motivating your teams
