We’re looking for a talented and imaginative Retail Head Chef to lead our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and drive a dynamic, multi-outlet food offering while supporting a high-end hospitality and fine dining operation.
You will take full ownership of menu development and kitchen performance, ensuring both creative excellence and strong financial results. Working closely with the Hospitality and Fine Dining Head Chefs, you’ll help maintain exceptional service standards across all areas.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver a weekly menu across seven distinct chef-led counters, covering street food, modern European, Asian, and global cuisines.
- Champion seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to create fresh, innovative, and cost-effective dishes.
- Manage food costs, gross profit, and stock control to meet financial targets.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Collaborate with hospitality teams to ensure seamless service across all dining formats.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
- Continuously evolve the food offer in line with emerging trends and customer preferences.
- Proven experience in a Head Chef, Group Chef, or senior culinary role within a retail or multi-outlet environment.
- Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines, particularly street food, modern European, Asian, and global food.
- Commercially astute, with solid experience in menu costing and stock management.
- A confident leader with a passion for developing teams.
