We’re looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our permanent hospitality division, working across a range of specialist verticals within the hospitality sector. This is an opportunity for proven recruiters who know how to build relationships, win business, and deliver quality candidates into a fast-moving market. We’re open on sector background within hospitality – whether your experience sits in hotels, restaurants, pubs, catering, leisure, events, or support functions. What matters most is recruitment experience, commercial drive, and the ability to build a desk properly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing a permanent recruitment desk
- Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
