We are currently recruiting for a talented Lead Pastry Chef to join a prestigious private members’ club based in South Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and experienced pastry professional to take ownership of a small pastry team and develop an already strong offering.
The Role
- Leading and managing a small pastry team of 2 chefs
- Overseeing all pastry and dessert production for the club
- Taking responsibility for afternoon tea service and developing new, seasonal offerings
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain consistently high standards
- Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to the pastry section
