Requirements:
- Proven experience using OPERA Hotel Management System
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Full, clean driving licence
Uniform Requirements (Mandatory):
- Black long-sleeve shirt
- Black tie
- Black pants
- Black formal shoes
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling check-ins and check-outs using OPERA system
- Managing reservations and guest inquiries
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Ensuring that fire walks are conducted and the building is secure
