We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading London events and catering company for a passionate Chef de Partie to join their talented culinary team.

Based at their Central Production Kitchen in East London, you’ll be involved in creating exceptional food before working at some of London’s most prestigious venues, helping to deliver outstanding events and memorable dining experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, high‑end events environment where no two days are ever the same.

The Role

  • Prepare and produce high-quality dishes from the East London Central Production Kitchen.
  • Travel to prestigious venues across London to assist with the finishing and service of events.
  • Take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional food for luxury events.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.
  • Support the wider kitchen team during busy event periods.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hospitality environment.
  • Events and catering experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for fresh, high-quality food and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and event schedules.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and develop.
