Susan Hamilton Group in Newcastle is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for a hotel-based operation with a contracted 40-hour week and a 5/7 shift pattern.

Salary up to £30,500 p. a. plus Tronc, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and meals provided on duty.

You will work under the Head Chef and Senior Sous, leading a day-to-day team of CDPs and KPs, ensuring consistency across casual dining and hotel banqueting, while maintaining a calm, collaborative kitchen environment.
