The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are looking for a temporary food and beverage supervisor or manager. The role will involve:

  • Opening the venue
  • Supervising all catering staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards and behaviour while on duty
  • Ensuring a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the venue
  • Reviewing work schedules
  • Ensuring all procedures and safe working practices are followed
  • Communicating to the Site Manager any issues arising within the department
  • Following all food safety guidelines
  • Closely monitoring food allergen guidelines
  • Closing the venue
  • Carrying out all requested work, including helping with the daily operation
  • Ensuring all working areas are kept to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety, and presentation; inspecting regularly and instructing staff as needed
  • Working under pressure, problem-solving and using initiative when necessary

Working hours would involve weekends and shifts tend to be 9:30 am – 5 pm.
