Hamilton Mayday is a leading hospitality agency, supplying exceptional chefs to luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and exclusive private members’ clubs across Central London. We are currently seeking skilled Pastry Chefs to join our team for ongoing and upcoming assignments.
The Role
As an Agency Pastry Chef, you will work across a range of high‑end kitchens, producing high‑quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods with a strong focus on presentation and consistency. You’ll support professional teams in fast‑paced, detail‑driven environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in high‑end or fine dining kitchens
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation
