Susamusa is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and assist with our continued growth. You’ll be responsible for writing and scheduling emails, managing social media content, uploading product listings, and handling influencer outreach. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you’ll work from our marketing calendar and asset library to keep content flowing across channels and ensure everything goes out on time and on brand. We’re looking for someone with fashion ecommerce experience who can write in our tone of voice, and be organised and reliable when it comes to getting daily marketing tasks done.

Responsibilities

  • Write and schedule marketing emails in Klaviyo
  • Draft and post content on Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Manage influencer outreach and gifting (DMs, tracking, coordination)
  • Write product titles and descriptions in our tone of voice
  • Upload products to Shopify (images, variants, tags, etc.)
  • Light editing of visuals (e.g. for stories or TikToks)
  • Follow our marketing calendar and keep everything on schedule

Requirements

  • Fashion ecommerce experience is essential
  • Strong copywriting skills (emails, social, product pages)
  • Comfortable using Klaviyo, Shopify and Canva
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
